Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, proper financial records, required documents, timely approvals and correct GST or PAN details.
We are not responsible for delays, penalties, filing issues or rejections resulting from incorrect information, incomplete documents, delayed approvals, client inactivity or government portal issues.
Delays Due To Client Inactivity
Clients are expected to cooperate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Projects may be delayed, paused, archived or closed if clients remain inactive for an extended period.
We are not liable for penalties, missed deadlines or compliance issues resulting from delayed document submission or lack of client response.
Revision & Correction Policy
Corrections and revisions may be provided within the agreed service scope.
Additional revisions, amendments or work beyond the original scope may require additional charges.
Government Fees & Third-Party Charges
Government fees, statutory charges, taxes, penalties, portal fees, DSC charges and third-party costs are generally non-refundable.
