Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing:

Siddhivinayak Corporate Consultantss shall not be responsible for delays, penalties, rejections, or filing issues caused by:

  • Incorrect client information

Delays Due to Client Inactivity

Clients are expected to respond and cooperate within a reasonable timeframe.

If a client becomes inactive or unresponsive for an extended period, work may be delayed, paused, archived, or closed depending on the project status and statutory deadlines.

We are not responsible for compliance delays, missed deadlines, penalties, or filing issues resulting from client inactivity or delayed document submission.


Revision & Correction Policy

Corrections and revisions may be provided within the agreed service scope.

Additional revisions, compliance work, amendments, or changes beyond the original scope of work may require additional charges.

We reserve the sole right to determine whether a request falls within the originally agreed scope of services.


Government Fees & Third-Party Charges
